My theme is not uploading correctly in Shopify
Fix common Shopify theme upload errors and validation issues.
Shopify rejects themes that have invalid code or structure. Most issues are caught by Clyro before download, but some can slip through.
Clyro validates before download
When you hit Export, Clyro runs the same validation checks Shopify uses. If your theme has errors, Clyro blocks the download and sends the error list to the chat so the AI can fix them automatically. Most issues never make it to Shopify.
If something looks wrong after uploading
Go back to Clyro and describe what you see. You do not need to know the technical details. Just tell it what is wrong in plain words:
"I uploaded the theme to Shopify and my homepage is blank"
"I uploaded the theme to Shopify and the product page shows an error"
"I uploaded the theme to Shopify and the header is gone"
The AI will investigate, fix the issue, and you can download and re-upload.
